     MAGNUM ENTERPRISES, INC., established in 1982, specializes in retail,  theater, restaurant, commercial, new and remodel construction and design.  The principal, Ken O’Dell (President)  has over 30 years experience in the construction industry.

     MAGNUM ENTERPRISES, INC. is a service-oriented construction company with the ability to meet the complete needs of new and remodel commercial construction.  Our team will work closely with your team, architects, and engineers.  With two offices in California to serve the developer and a staffing base of over 50 employees, Magnum is well-positioned to meet and exceed the needs of any size construction project.

     Communication being a key ingredient in any successful project, Magnum has developed this website with the client in mind.  Selected clients will have access to project photographs, live video camera updates, weekly and daily job reports and much more throughout the duration of the project.  Using our depth of experience, we will walk the client through all phases of construction including pre-construction planning and strategizing, during-construction value engineering and on-going budget and schedule review, and post-construction warranty follow-up.
